A Hit of Roger Federer: HD Practice Video

Watching Roger Federer is addictive. Tune in for one of those “Best Points EVER!” YouTube videos and suddenly you’ve lost an entire day to the inescapable loop of “Related” links. It doesn’t matter where the matches were, or what the scoreline was, or even who the opponent is. It’s just fun to watch Roger dance across the court.

Even his practices are entertaining, especially if you can get a good seat. Fed has a wonderful rhythm to his game, and particularly in the controlled environment of a practice, you start to feel you could compose a song to the lilting tune of his graceful movement.

With a little bit of a wait before we see him again on court, it seemed the appropriate time to give fans a hit of Federer. It’s a two-minute clip from one of his practice sessions in Cincy last year, and hopefully you’ll enjoy the close-enough-to-touch vantage point as he gets that Fed form flowing.
