Switzerland: The 2014 Davis Cup Journey, Kazakhstan — The “Easy” Tie
These Swiss boys. ♥ RT @svenja_mastro Stan almost ran into press because he wants to watch Roger. Already court-side… #SUIvKAZ #DavisCup — Katie Bee (@breakpointsaved) April 6, 2014
Golubev was determined to be the hero of the weekend, and he held fast on serve, marching through the first set on pace with Federer…

LOL! RT @naughtyT I think that yell installed a triplet into Mirka. — Tennis Inside Out (@TennisInsideOut) April 6, 2014
And we decided maybe TBs weren’t such a bad thing after all. Rog stormed ahead to win the next set 6-2, but despite the scoreline, it was a gritty battle that required lots of creativity and shouting in three languages.
Golubev continued to fight hard. Rog broke for a 3-1 lead…then got broken back for 3-2.
Golubev has done himself right proud this tie. I mean, from my perspective he’s been very annoying, but I have tons of respect for the guy. — Katie Bee (@breakpointsaved) April 6, 2014
When the Swiss man finally prevailed at 6-3 in the 3rd, his joy was obvious…
Roger HOPPED big time….wheeeeeeee!!!!! — Tennis Inside Out (@TennisInsideOut) April 6, 2014
